Main Phone Line Restored

After years of having mediocre call quality, Constate Utilities switched service providers in Mid-May for the third time in about 5 years. The change was made and all was working well, so the account with the old provider was cancelled. In just few days, however, our main line (352-628-2255) was not working - for no apparent reason. A ticket was issued for repair, a 2nd number was issued to Constate's account to use temporarily until the "main" number was working again and with Covid-19 related slow downs and a reduced workforce available, it took some time to identify the problem but it has now been repaired and is once again fully operational. Please resume using the main phone line as needed and hopefully you will notice an improved call quality just as we have so far.
